MENIKMATI SARAPAN “NASDUK COMBY” VOLKSWAREG

Nasduk Comby Volks-wareg, nama ini mungkin  aneh di telinga sebagian orang. Memberi nama “Nasduk” untuk memudahkan para “pencari sarapan” pada pagi hari.  Nasduk atau lebih dikenal “Nasi Uduk” yang dikelola oleh Ibu Ning seorang ibu rumah tangga yang mempunyai 4 orang anak dan 1 satu cucu.  Ia mencoba berjuang  mengadu nasib semata-mata untuk  membiayai dua putra-putrinya yang masih kuliah perguruan tinggi dan juga satu orang di bangku SLTP dan SD.

Ning,  begitu ia  disapa dalam kesehariannya. Nama lengkapnya  Muningsih, kelahiran Jakarta, tepatnya di Guntur, Jakarta Selatan. Ia  sempat hijrah ke Kota Depok dan datang kali pertama bertempat tinggal di Komplek Megapolitan, Blok F Cinere.  Kawasan yang asri dan teduh.  Ia dikenal mempunyai hoby  dan pandai memasak berbagai masakan tradisional Indonesia (Indonesian Traditional Food).    Konsep  yang ditawarkan  dalam FOOD TRUCK di atas kendaraan tua VW COMBY.

Menawarkan sajian “pembuka sarapan” yang begitu “menggoda” cita rasa yang enak, lezat, dan sangat murah. Banyak varian yang tawarkan Ibu Ning, antara lain: Nasi Uduk, Sayur Ketupat Khas Padang, Ayam Goreng, Pepes Ikan, Pepes Tahu, Semur Tahu, Tempe, Telur Ayam, Jengkol, dan Goreng-gorengan (Pisang Tanduk, Uli, Bakwan, Tahu Isi, Mendoan), Sayur Matang.  Harga yang diberikan sangat terjangkau berbagai kalangan, misalnya Nasi Uduk Spesial Rp 8 ribu, Ketupat Sayur Padang hanya Rp 8 ribu.  Kedua “menu sarapan” ini juga dilengkapi sambel “setan” yang tidak ada daya tandingnya.  Meskipun pada cabe kadang-kadang  “membumbung tinggi” per kg pernah menembus Rp 150 ribu,  bukan alasan Ibu Ning untuk mengurangi “si cabe setan”.
